Port Of Wells Charges 2010 Charges from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2010. Dues and mooring charge is for the year, whether used for the whole period or just for part of the year. Leisure Moorings
Vessels on running moorings are not allowed to have a tender. All Tenders must be 3.6m (12ft) or under; those over 3.6m (12ft) will be charged at the normal rate. Leisure Harbour Dues
Wells residents, defined as those who reside permanently in Wells and are on the Electoral Register, are entitled to a resident's discount of 10% of Harbour Dues if paid before 28 February (after this time, full dues will be payable). Visiting Vessels Harbour Dues
Visiting vessels over 10.66m (35ft) at the Harbour Master's discretion. Winter Boat Storage
Vessels left in the Wells Harbour Compound will pay the equivalent of moorings and harbour dues. Commercial Charges
Fishermen are entitled to a 10% discount on harbour dues if paid by 28 February. All commercial vessels with a vehicle must ensure they have a car park season ticket. Services and other charges
