Tariff

Charges from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2008. Dues and mooring charge is for the year, whether used for the whole period or just for part of the year.

Leisure Moorings


Running mooring £45 per year
Drascombe type £65 per year
Fore and Aft Swing £105 per year
Pontoon Berth £275 per year

Vessels on running moorings are not permitted to have a tender. All Tenders must be 3.6m (12ft) or under; those over 3.6m (12ft) will be charged at the normal rate.

Leisure Harbour Dues


Dinghies up to 4.57m £55 per year
All vessels over 4.57m £21 per metre per year
Day launch £6 per day

Dues are payable by all vessels using the harbour, for the year or for part of the year.

All harbour dues for 2008 must be paid by 31 March at the latest.

Wells residents, defined as those who reside permanently in Wells and are on the Electoral Register, are entitled to a resident's discount of 10% of Harbour Dues if paid before 28 February (after this time, full dues will be payable).

Visiting commercial boats £3 per metre per day

Fishermen are entitled to a 10% discount on harbour dues if paid by 28 February. All commercial vessels with a vehicle must ensure they have a car park season ticket.
