Tariff Charges from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2008. Dues and mooring charge is for the year, whether used for the whole period or just for part of the year. Leisure Moorings
Vessels on running moorings are not permitted to have a tender. All Tenders must be 3.6m (12ft) or under; those over 3.6m (12ft) will be charged at the normal rate. Leisure Harbour Dues
Dues are payable by all vessels using the harbour, for the year or for part of the year. All harbour dues for 2008 must be paid by 31 March at the latest. Wells residents, defined as those who reside permanently in Wells and are on the Electoral Register, are entitled to a resident's discount of 10% of Harbour Dues if paid before 28 February (after this time, full dues will be payable). Visiting Vessels Harbour Dues
Visiting vessels over 10.66m (35ft) at the Harbour Master's discretion. Commercial Charges
Fishermen are entitled to a 10% discount on harbour dues if paid by 28 February. All commercial vessels with a vehicle must ensure they have a car park season ticket. Winter Boat Storage
Vessels left in the Wells Harbour Compound after 1/5/08 will pay the equivalent of moorings and harbour dues. Services and other charges
