Upcoming Events Friday 29 Apr 2011 - Friday 29 Apr 2011 The official naming of the vessel "Frank-T" by Frank Taylor's daughter Joan Champion. Friday 6 May 2011 Our annual public meeting for users of Wells Harbour will be at the Alderman Peel High School and is open to all. Please note the change of venue from that originally published. Saturday 18 Jun 2011 - Monday 20 Jun 2011 Wells Sailing Club plays host to this year's British Sharpie Championship. Sunday 7 Aug 2011 Following a very successful return in 2009 and 2010, the raft race has become a very popular carnival event. Teams compete with home-made rafts in a race across the quay. Please note this event will be on 7 August not at the end of July as first announced. Sunday 4 Sep 2011 Now an established event, the North Norfolk Triathlon features athletes competing in a swim in the quay followed by a bike race and finally a 10km run. The start, transition and finish will be on the quayside so this will be a good spot for spectators. Vessels will be prohibited from moving within the quay while swimmers are in the water. Diary
